You write: "here she is at the Super Queenager age of 78, Cha-Cha-Cha-ing with the best of them. A one-woman living proof that age is just a number, that even at nearly our eighth decade we can dance and jive and compete…" The lady is not at "nearly" her eighth decade, she is at the end of it! At 80, she will be starting her ninth decade. (One's first decade is 1-9, etc. ) Dance on, everyone!

totally my bad! I would say I was having a 'senior moment' but that would also be ageist! I am just trying to do too many things at once, will correct now!

I was looking forward to you giving two barrels to Russell brand but enjoyed your thoughts on strictly nonetheless! I had to fire one of my firm’s clients this week because he sexually harassed one of my staff at a social event. Unbelievably depressing.

Have always felt emotional about Tess and Claudia hosting prime time on a Saturday and have seen it as so inspiring. Also, when Claudia needed to take time out a few years ago Zoe Ball stepped in! It was magic. With Shirley and Motsi being the professional, empathetic, fabulous judges that they are too, long may these inspirational women rule Strictly I say...🪩💃🏻🪩

I sooo love the way Shirley and Motsi give their feedback, too. Shirley focuses on what she liked, and what she wants to see more of - ie how they can improve. She doesn't rat on the dancers for what they are doing wrong, she encourages them to do something better.

Not sure if you’ve seen it already but you might find Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones, a four-part Netflix documentary series, interesting.
