I’ve had a go at ‘self exploration in the pursuit of self pleasure ‘ but it’s getting out of my head and away from the shaming chattering monkey I find so hard. Anybody out there with some advice for what to listen to to get into the zone? Xx
Thanks for sharing this, it’s an arena I’m looking at learning more about to incorporate into a new ‘self development’ business idea I’ve got as I’ve experienced a whole new way of looking at sex/self pleasure since meeting a new partner a few years ago as it changed me as a person for the better, I’m at a loss exactly how I’m going to learn more though... being a sexologist sounds interesting so I’ll start googling... thank you!
