Queenagers are a pioneering cohort we've been working for 30 years, but the CBI scandal shows that business at the top is still a boys club
This is an important conversation that sadly has become more & more, rather than less, relevant in the last decade. It’s not just men who get away with such behaviour - plenty of women who aren’t as ‘sisterley’ at the workplace as they would lead us to believe, a case of words & deeds differing significantly. All this feels heavier in the world that is already overwhelmed by injustices. Until people are held accountable for their bad behaviour - I do t mean the cancel culture, but rather there being tangible consequences to such behaviour - things won’t change for the better. We need to start at the top in order for things to change
"This can’t be just a vanilla sisters conversation; it has to be truly inclusive." - all though I'm one of the vanilla sisters, this resonates hard. Great points!
