Great comments. i particularly like the comment from the Starling Bank CEo who says it's not about characteristics, it's about changing the system. Helena's is very balanced too. I think Sheryl S could have spoken to her own experience more.
I enjoyed this piece but can’t help but notice that all the women are white, middle or upper middle class professionals. A missed opportunity
