This is more info from the official blurb: I'm delighted to invite you to the 10th anniversary celebration of our 30% Club cross-company mentoring programme on Wednesday 13th July, kindly hosted by the London Stock Exchange in PaterNoster Square. If you would like to be with us in person, we have limited spaces available for a market close ceremony (4.30pm), which will be followed by a speaking event (4.45-6pm) and refreshments to close (6-7pm). To attend in person please arrive no later than 4.15pm. If you can't be there in person, you can also join us virtually online from 4.45-6pm.
This event will celebrate the 30% Club’s milestones and what is now the largest cross-company mentoring programme in the world. Over the past 10 years, more than 16,000 people across 600 organisations have been through this proven, practical, and powerful programme. Watch a short film about this programme.
To mark this anniversary, we will be welcomed by Eleanor Mills, former Editorial Director of the Sunday Times, and we will watch an exclusive interview with Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Meta Platforms, formerly Facebook. We will also hear from Ann Cairns, Global Chair of the 30% Club and Executive Vice Chair of Mastercard, CEOs, Chairs, and mentees and mentors who will share their experience of the programme.
We look forward to welcoming you.
Will be with you in spirit. Although I really do wish they would talk about 'gender balance' a bit more clearly and forthrightly. Hiding the baby in the bathwater may be politically correct, but does a disservice to the women still fighting for basic representation in a still vastly male-dominated sector and City.
